Tain currently can supply more than 1000 different cartridges and every cartridge is balancing tested by SCHENCK TB-Sonio. Every cartridge has a balanced report when it is packed.

Tain tests the dimensions of all needed parts which are sent to our warehouse. Such as compressor wheel,shaft&wheel, bearing house, backplate, etc. Tain uses a 3-coordinate measurement to test the size of the bearing house and backplate.

G3-min-Flow can test the minimum flow of any VGT Turbocharger and Actuator.
L2 MAKINO five-axis equipment
The Makino L2 vertical 5-axis machining center boasts dedicated specifications for high-speed impeller machining.
The Billet compressor wheel is directly machined from a solid piece of aluminum, the design can be easily changed to alter the compressor characteristics, tested, redesigned, then remade better until a very efficient design is achieved.
We have professional technicians to design the wheels by UG, we can produce comp wheels for all sizes and all modes, standard and custom-made.

Our technical team was composed of one advanced engineer with 15 years of experience and four engineers who are very professional in this field.
They are familiar with turbocharger systems and product structure and dimensions. They are mainly responsible for source selection, quality control, dimension inspection, and product development.

1997 - Tain turbo was established, covers an area of 4,000 square meters,
focuses on the production of turbocharger compressor wheels and provides for many large factories.
2005 - Tain applied advanced PLC-6 low-pressure casting equipment.
2010 - Tain set up foreign trade department, that specialized in exporting turbochargers, cartridges, and other turbo parts.
2010 – Tain cooperated with several big dealers and distributors from Germany, and develop a variety of VNT turbochargers.
2012 – Tain entered the South American market, Developed some product models suitable for the South American market, and got very good sales.
2015 - Tain applied SCHENCK TB Sonio-core assembly balancing equipment, and other testing equipment to establish a final product quality assurance system.
2017 – Tain imported 5-axis equipment – MAKINO L2. We have a production line of billet compressor wheels now.
2021- Tain Continuously develops new products to meet the needs of the market.
2022- At present, we have more than 1000 different Turbo Cartridges.
